BBC Big Screen Leicester

Quote from the above website:
"Big Screen Leicester was unveiled in January 2010. It kicked off with Hand From Above - an interactive artistic piece by artist Chris O'Shea, which literally tickled passers by as part of the city's annual comedy festival. Since then it has covered the St. Patrick's Day parade and the annual Christ in the Centre passion play as well as hosted an interactive Question of Sport quiz for Sport Relief. The daily programme includes BBC news, sport and weather bulletins, film shorts by local artists, film makers and musicians as well as artistic pieces and interactive applications. The screen is a partnership between the BBC, Leicester City Council and LOCOG."

The guidelines mentioned above did help me get a better picture of what is possible to do on the Big Screen. It gave examples and explained limitations on content as well. The technical specifications were essential obviously. They listed the important technical details like screen resolution, camera and audio details and connection information.
